Home Remedies for Hypotension

Salt Water

 Salt water helps to treat low blood pressure because sodium salt increases blood pressure. Do not overdo this remedy, however, as excess salt may appear improper. Simply add half a teaspoon of salt to a glass of water and drink it. You can also drink sports drinks.

Coffee

Having a cup of strong coffee, hot chocolate, cola or any other caffeinated beverage can also temporarily raise your blood pressure. If you regularly suffer from low blood pressure, drink a cup of coffee in the morning or drink with food, especially if you are experiencing orthostatic hypotension. However, do not practice it because the long-term effects of caffeine are not clear.

Dried

Raisins are a traditional Ayurvedic remedy that is considered to be effective in treating hypotension naturally.

Dip 30 to 40 dried dried cups in water overnight.

Eat them in the morning, one at a time, on an empty stomach. You can also drink water where it is dried.

Follow this remedy for a few weeks or even a month.

Holy Basil

Remove 10 to 15 leaf juice from the basil. Put one teaspoon of honey in it. Drink this juice daily on an empty stomach. You can also chew four to five basil leaves daily in the morning.

Licorice Root

Licorice root is another popular home remedy for low blood pressure caused by low cortisol levels. It inhibits the enzyme that breaks down cortisol and supports the healthy functioning of adrenalin. It is also effective in treating chronic fatigue syndrome.

Beetroot Juice

Raw beetroot juice helps to control high and low blood pressure. For hypotension, drink a cup of beetroot juice twice daily for about one week. Some natural fruit juices are also considered helpful in this regard.

Almonds and Milk

Soak five to six almonds in water overnight. In the morning, peel the skin and grind the almonds into a smooth paste. Finally, boil the paste in a cup of milk, and drink a cup of this every morning.

Rosemary

Rosemary is believed to be helpful in getting used to low blood pressure. Take up to 10ml of rosemary tincture per day. Having a medicine recently prepared with this remedy or adding it to your diet also helps. In addition, you can simply add three to four drops of rosemary essential oil to your aromatherapy benefits diffuser.

Carrot Juice

Take a glass of carrot juice, add two tablespoons of the juice to it. Drink twice a day on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.

Lemon Juice

Lemon juice is very effective in treating high blood pressure, but it can also be used for low blood pressure, especially if it is caused by dehydration. In such cases, you can drink lemon juice mixed with a little salt and sugar. It helps to energize your body by restoring liver function and helping digestion. A glass of cane sugar mixed with a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt is also helpful.
